As Picasso said “Painting is just another way of keeping a diary.” And what Tammy created for my son’s 18th Birthday present was just that…. One’s journey of youth, creating this joyful yet fantastic “skateboard art” which any 18 year would treasure forever. As soon as I saw her, she imprinted onto my brain. The boldness of body, the embellishment of the skin, the representation of femme shape and form... Deftones 20th Anniversary Custom Skate Deck When I commissioned a hand-painted skate deck to celebrate Deftones' 20th anniversary of **White Pony**, I was hopeful for something special. The final result exceeded my expectations in the best way possible. The artist, Tammy, beautifully combined themes from the iconic **White Pony** album with elements of their **Self-Titled** album, creating a cohesive and visually striking piece. The details, from the ethereal white horse to the captivating imagery of the self-titled album, are meticulously painted. The vibrant colours and intricate details make this deck a standout piece.
